Supplier Code of Conduct

LEONINE Studios, comprising LEONINE Holding GmbH and all affiliated companies as defined by §§ 15 ff. of the German Stock Corporation Act (AktG), has developed a Code of Conduct that sets forth the values and principles guiding our long-term relationships. This code serves as a framework for all interactions with our suppliers. We expect our suppliers to respect and implement these values and principles. Consequently, the following code forms an integral part of our supplier relationships. Suppliers, for the purposes of this code, are all external companies providing goods or other services to LEONINE Studios.

• Prohibition of Forced Labour: Suppliers must ensure the exclusion of all forms of forced labour. All employees must be engaged voluntarily and have the freedom to terminate their employment in accordance with legal requirements.
• Child Protection: Suppliers must strictly prohibit child labour. The protection of minors is paramount, and the highest standards regarding the minimum age of workers apply.
• Fair Working Conditions: Fair wages and respectful treatment for all employees must be guaranteed. Working hours and conditions must comply with legal standards.
• Anti-Discrimination: Suppliers are expected to promote diversity and inclusion. Any form of discrimination based on personal or social characteristics is strictly prohibited.

• Sustainability: Suppliers are expected to actively contribute to the environmental sustainability of their processes. Continuous efforts should be made to reduce environmental impact, minimise waste, and optimise recycling processes.
• Responsible Resource Management: Natural resources must be used efficiently and responsibly. Suppliers should contribute to a circular economy.

• Transparency and Fair Competition: Business practices must be fair and transparent. Price-fixing and anti-competitive behaviour are unacceptable in any form.
• Confidentiality and Data Protection: It is essential that confidential information and personal data are protected in compliance with applicable data protection laws. Security measures must be in place to safeguard sensitive information.
• Compliance with Anti-Corruption Policies: Any form of corruption is strictly prohibited. Suppliers must not offer or accept advantages to unlawfully influence business decisions, either directly or indirectly.

LEONINE Studios expects suppliers to take the necessary steps to ensure compliance with these principles within their own supply chains. Suppliers are encouraged to conduct regular reviews and proactively address any deviations.

LEONINE Studios reserves the right to verify compliance with this code upon reasonable notice. Any breach of the obligations set out in this Ccde will be considered a material breach of contract by the Supplier.
